'Sup?

Here's a masculine teen card made with a MakeItCrafty pre-colored digi image called Urban Nico. I die cut the image with a Gina Marie square stitched die, then matted with red. The navy panels were cut with a MFT horizontal die set, then placed on a light grey card base that was scored to match the background of the digi image. After scoring, I took a white colored pencil and drew inside the score lines to make them stand out a little bit. For the final touch, I added some punched stars to the sides, along with a sentiment done with my Quickutz.

I'm sharing this with the Little Red Wagon challenge #350 - "You're a Star." Add stars to your project.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you're staying cool in your part of the world!

A great card! This is pretty much the hardest card genre (teen boys) to do and you nailed it!

This is one cool card Carol! That image cracks me up, reminds me of when the kids used to wear those big baggy pants that they wore under their rump with their butt hanging out. Oh how I hated those pants! Love the color combo of this card and love, love, love how you made your base match the grid in the card. It looks so cool and is a perfect teen masculine card! Hugs, Brenda

Eek! He is awesome, Carol! I too have these digis saved. Teen cards can be so hard, but you knocked this one out of the park! What a great background.

Terrific card for a tween or teen guy. You really nailed the challenged. I like that idea of coloring inside the score. Another wonderful tip I've learned from you. My pad is not long enough to list every tip I've picked up from you. Thanks for all of them.

Oh my gawd! That image!! Did someone draw on his chin with Sharpie? LOL! Now you know why I'm not so popular with the teens. This is a fabulous dude card for sure! That's'up!
